63 Brookside Apartments

63 Brookside was a new construction apartment building completed in 2016. It included 23 units with 1-2 bedrooms. Designed by HOK Architects, each unit features luxury finishes, a private balcony, and gated parking behind the building.
The development is located at 63rd and Oak in the historic Brookside neighborhood. The land was privately purchased with a 10-year tax abatement through the LCRA. The project was financed with 20-30% developer equity plus traditional bank financing.
