“Block by block, we believe that Manheim Park can become the most vibrant, desirable neighborhood in Kansas City,” says Tim Duggan, Make It Right Innovations Director and Kansas City-native. Other terrific non-profits are also contributing to revitalization, such as the Westside Housing Organization and Neighborhood Housing Services.
UC-B Homebuilders is proud to be a part of this revitalization as part of our mission to focus on creating communities in historic neighborhoods through high design and new construction. 
Through a partnership between Manheim Park Neighborhood Association and homeowners in Manheim Park, in conjunction with significant support from organizations like Make It Right, home designs were developed by local architecture firms. UC-B Homebuilders is working with one of those architecture firms, KEM Studio to build four single family homes, one of which is currently on the market, with more to follow.
