UC-B Homebuilders is bringing four single family homes to the Rockhurst neighborhood by partnering local architecture firms, DRAW and HJM Architects. DRAW offers an approach that integrates a variety of disciplines, including architecture, interior design, urban design, urban planning and cutting-edge resource impact analysis. They utilize this radically resourceful toolkit towards a purpose of creating authentic, inspired places for people to gather and connect. HJM Architect’s mission for each project is to create meaningful spaces, to design affordable structures, and to create efficient/flexible plans. Set in a historic neighborhood, these homes will feature modern design you come to expect from UC-B, including open floor plan, a great use of space and exquisite attention to architectural detail. Construction is underway and we are making progress at 54th and Tracy with three new uniquely designed homes!
