63 Oak Townhomes was a new construction development completed in 2018. The project included five townhomes for sale, offering 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a two-car garage with parking located behind. The project was designed by Blackbird Design Studio, with first level entry, garage and flexible living space. The second level features the kitchen and main living area and the third level features the bedrooms. The outdoor spaces and floor to ceiling windows set these luxury townhomes apart from others.

The development is located at 63rd and Oak Street. The land was privately purchased. The project was financed with 20-30% developer equity plus traditional bank financing.
