STATUS: Project Complete
Gallerie Townhomes was a new construction development completed in 2020. The project included nine townhomes for sale, offering 3-4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a two-car garage with parking located behind. Each home featured a balcony off of the kitchen, large picture windows, and a front stoop with room for outdoor seating. The project was designed by DRAW Architecture + Urban Design.
Located at 27th and McGee Trafficway, the site is within walking distance to Crown Center, Union Station and Liberty Memorial. The land was privately purchased from Hallmark with no tax abatement. The project was financed with 20-30% developer equity plus traditional bank financing.
