Crossroads Townhomes

UC-B Properties is partnering with Berman Leather Co. to develop Crossroads Townhomes. This is a four-story new construction development that will include 13 luxury for-sale townhomes. The first floor will feature the main entry, a bedroom that could also be used as additional living space, a full bathroom and a mudroom off of the two-car garage. The second floor will feature a high-end kitchen, dining room, half bath, and main living room. The third floor will feature the master bedroom with a washer and dryer in the closet, the master bathroom, a guest bedroom and guest bathroom. While each unit has a fourth floor roof deck with stunning views of downtown Kansas City, eleven units will also include an enclosed roof lounge, complete with a wet bar and entertaining space that can be enjoyed year round.

The development is located at 19th and Locust St. in the heart of the historic Crossroads District. The project is being designed by HJM Architects Inc. with groundbreaking expected in spring 2024.
