Longfellow Neighborhood was a new-construction development comprised of 6 single-family homes for sale completed in 2018. DRAW Architecture + Urban Design and Kietzman Urban Homes designed the homes ranging from 1400 to 1800 square feet.
The development is located at 27th Terrace and Charlotte Street. The land was privately purchased with a 10-year tax abatement available to home buyers through LCRA. The project was financed with 20-30% developer equity plus traditional bank financing.
